Affiliate Program Terms

Effective August 8, 2026

Section 01

Introduction

Welcome to the LivClip Affiliate Program. By signing up you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before participating.

Section 02

Enrollment

Sign up through our affiliate program platform (Rewardful). We may reject applications at our sole discretion if we determine your channel is unsuitable for the Program.

Section 03

Affiliate Obligations

You agree to use the Program lawfully, not engage in misleading or deceptive practices, not distribute spam, and not use LivClip trademarks without written permission. No paid advertising of any kind.

Section 04

Approved Methods

Website or blog content, opt-in email marketing, social media, webinars, and content marketing (articles, reviews, tutorials).

Section 05

Prohibited Activities

Paid search ads, bidding on LivClip brand keywords, spam, offering third-party rebates or coupons, cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, impersonating LivClip staff, or any deceptive traffic methods. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Section 06

Commission & Payment

Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on qualified subscription payments. Commissions are paid NET-15. Minimum payout threshold: $20. Balances below minimum carry over to next month.

Section 07

Term & Termination

Agreement begins on acceptance and continues until terminated by either party with written notice. LivClip may modify commission rates with 30 days notice. You and LivClip are independent contractors.
