Account data: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you sign up.
Usage data: Credits consumed, clips created, and general feature usage. We do not use your video content for analytics.
Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — never card numbers.
Video content: Videos and clips you upload are stored in your account. We do not use your content to train AI models.
2. How We Use It
We use collected data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) send transactional emails (account activity, billing, security); (c) send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time; (d) comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run LivClip:
Stripe — payment processing · Supabase — database and auth · Vercel — web hosting · Resend — email delivery
All processors are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Account deletion removes your data within 30 days, except billing records retained as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Delete your account directly in Settings → Account → Delete account, or email support@livclip.com.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
We use TLS encryption, row-level database security, and regular security reviews. No online transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
