By accessing or using LivClip ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LivClip.
LivClip is an AI-powered video clip extraction and editing platform. You supply video content; we supply the tools to process, clip, and caption that content. Processing consumes credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@livclip.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits purchased via top-up are non-refundable. Subscription credits reset monthly (Starter) or roll over (Pro, Agency) per plan terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain all ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant LivClip a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload the content. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
The LivClip Chrome extension records screen content you explicitly select via Chrome's built-in picker. You confirm at first install, and reaffirm each time you record, that you own or have the rights to capture and repurpose the content you record. You are solely responsible for compliance with copyright, platform terms of service (including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet), privacy laws, and any other legal obligations in your jurisdiction. LivClip does not review, approve, or endorse the content you choose to capture. Screen capture recordings are treated as your Content under Section 5.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; (e) resell access without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any unused credits are forfeited. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVCLIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
